MC (Rosa) is a character who appears in the game Tears of Themis and its derivative works produced by HoYoVerse. She graduated from the law department of Stellis University and a junior lawyer in Themis Law Firm. She is Luke Pearce's childhood friend, Artem Wing's co-worker, Marius von Hagen's lawyer, and Vyn Richter's NXX co-worker.
Appearance
MC is a young woman with a fair complexion, light yellow-green eyes, and shoulder-length light brown hair that is braided and tied with a ribbon. She normally dons a formal work attire with a cropped red suit jacket. However, she also wears different attires in SR and SSR cards.
Personality
Throughout the game, MC is seen to have a just and righteous personality. As a lawyer working at Themis Law firm, she has a strong moral compass that leads her in making upright decisions. In one of drawings released by Mihoyo, it is also hinted that MC represents Themis — the Goddess of Justice.
MC is also a hardworking individual, who refuses to rest when she is unable to close cases. However, sometimes she is portrayed as a workaholic who is married to her work. MC is also very smart and knowledgeable in many areas. She is able to observe details and make the correct judgement, and has some background knowledge in music.
Other than that, MC is also a kind hearted person who is helpful to many. This can be seen through how she never hesitates to help those in need.
Background
MC is a Stellis City native who excelled academically and was a high-achieving liberal arts student. She earned her law degree at Stellis University Law School, where she studied under Neil Hume, Wesley Dunn, and thesis advisor Kimberly Garner. She used to spend her mornings reading while at university, which she now misses. After graduating, she began working at Themis Law Firm under Celestine Taylor, eventually becoming Artem Wing's partner. Her primary areas of expertise are in commercial and corporate law.
Her parents were hired as researchers for a secret project just after the MC started university, and she has had no contact with them since, save for holiday greetings and money.
The MC resides in a loft apartment near Themis Law Firm, which she moved into after beginning employment there. She mentions having a variety of combs, skin treatments, and accessories that cost her time dealing with stray hairs. Bodyguards accompanied the MC home for a week following the Estelle Marino case in Episode 2: The Unbearable Love; for a long thereafter, her neighbors gossiped about her, speculating she's a celebrity or rich man's lover.
